Delete Your Kora Account & Data

You can permanently delete your Kora account and all of the data associated with it at any time. This page explains what is deleted and how to request it.

What gets deleted

All your conversations with Kora
Everything Kora remembers about you — your memory profile, preferences and life events
Your reminders and the follow-ups Kora tracks
Your app settings (voice, language, subscription state)
Your account itself (anonymous guest or Google sign-in)

Once deleted, this data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered. We do not retain any of it afterwards, except where required by law.

Delete some data yourself, in the app

Delete a conversation: open the chat’s menu (⋮) and choose Delete.
Clear what Kora remembers: open the side drawer → What Kora Remembers.

Delete your entire account

Email us from the address linked to your account (or include your account details) with the subject “Delete my Kora account”. We will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days and confirm by email.
